The Fall of Ideals ist das dritte Studioalbum der Metalcore-Band All That Remains und gilt als ihre bahnbrechende Veröffentlichung. Es ist die einzige Veröffentlichung mit Schlagzeuger Shannon Lucas und das erste Album mit Bassistin Jeanne Sagan. Produziert von Adam Dutkiewicz von Killswitch Engage, war das Album eine kleine Abweichung von ihren beiden vorherigen Veröffentlichungen, da es einen melodischeren Metalcore-Sound bot, für den die Band später bekannt wurde. Es war das erste Album der Band, das in die Billboard 200-Charts einstieg und die Fanfavoriten „This Calling“ und „The Air That I Breathe“ enthält.
